Fresh milk at the factory after being checked for quality and measuring equipment will be entered into the cold storage tank system (150 m3 per tank).

From the cold storage tank, fresh milk will be processed through centrifugation, homogenization, sterilization, cooling down to 4 degrees Celsius and transferred to a tank ready for UHT pasteurization. Centrifugal separator, which helps in the removal of harmful bacteria and microorganisms.

UHT pasteurization: The advanced pasteurisation system pumps milk up to 140oC, then the milk is rapidly cooled down to 25oC, keeping the natural flavor and nutrients, vitamins and minerals of the product. Milk is transferred to a sterile container for sterilization in sterile packaging.

Thanks to a combination of advanced processing technology, UHT pasteurization technology and sterile extraction technology, the product can keep its fresh flavor for 6 months without preservatives. .

The factory also has the leading intelligent warehouse system in Vietnam, with an area of 6,000 m2 with 20 entrances and exits, 105 meters in length, 35 meters in height, including 17 storeys with a capacity of 27,168 lots. Automatic import and export with 15 RGV (Rail guided vehicle) vehicles transporting finished pallets to the warehouse and 08 Stacker Crane to align the pallet to the shelf system. The management of imports and exports is based on Wamas software.

The plant-based operating system is based on the Tetra Plant Master automation solution, which enables the integration and integration of the entire plant from raw materials to finished products. Thanks to that, the factory can control every activity in the factory, monitor and control the quality continuously. The Tetra Plant Master system also provides all the necessary data that the plant can continuously improve its production and maintenance.
